Meet Karrah

Welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been working in the mental health industry for 10+ years. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, couples therapy, gerontology and more. I have a diverse professional background in education, residential treatment, independent counseling groups, and private practice.

As a social worker, I have worked as an addictions counselor in a primary and secondary treatment facility, in a short and long term skilled nursing facility and as a medical social worker in dialysis. At present, I work as a School Social Worker, and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker assessing, diagnosing, treating and providing ongoing support. I am also a Qualified Social Worker Supervisor and a Home Study Practitioner. I have experience working with a diverse group of clients ranging in age from 3 to 99. I treat most mental health diagnosis using evidenced based interventions, strategies and homework. I provide some case management and will refer clients to community agencies based on the need.

On another note: I'm also the mother of 3 adult children, with 2 grandchildren and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Spencer “Kairo”.
